Locality Homes agents are deeply engaged in the areas they represent, for us that's North Phoenix, Central Phoenix, and Moon Valley. We focus on being dedicated and supportive members of our community, while also having unparalleled knowledge specific to our neighborhoods. We support local nonprofits with every closing and promote local businesses in our marketing. You’ll find us sponsoring sports teams, hosting blood drives, supporting schools, and giving back through donations and volunteer work. We love to make a difference in the lives of our clients and our communities.

Community Driven
For us, success comes from knowing that we are making a positive difference in our clients’ lives and a positive impact on our beloved community. Each Locality Homes employee commits to 40 hours of community service every year. We also host an annual Community Cares Day to give our friends, clients and neighbors a fun, easy way to help our community. Additionally, with every closing, we make a donation to our client’s Charity of Choice. This means that buying or selling with us will not only get you one step closer to your dream home, but it will also benefit whatever local cause you feel most passionate about!
